An 8 day adrenalin whirlwind that starts in Cairns and heads south taking in numerous activities and extreme sports before finishing at Airlie Beach.

Cairns is Australia’s own adventure capital and from here you will skydive from 14,000ft, bungy jump, explore some stunning rainforest mountain biking trails and of course you will dive the world famous Great Barrier Reef. Heading south you will take on the Tully River at white water rafting, explore amazing clear warm waters by sea kayak and spend 2 magical days sailing and snorkeling around the truly magnificent Whitsunday Islands. Even with so many great adrenalin activities included, there will also be time for relaxing on some of these amazing beach destinations!

Day One

We meet the group at a central Cairns location, and after introductions and a briefing we get straight into the action with a day to challenge your fears and embrace the best of the adrenalin fuelled activities that Cairns has to offer. Not only will you experience the AJ Hackett bungy jump but also a 14,000ft. skydive over Cairns, Australia’s No.1 adventure mecca!

Day Two

This morning we jump on downhill mountain bikes for a Half Day Rainforest Mountain Biking Tour in the world-class Cairns Mountain Bike Park. After lunch we swap bikes for jet skis to carry out a One Hour Crocodile Spotting Eco Tour. This is a great opportunity to have fun on high-powered jet skis in some wild Cairns estuaries and even meet some local crocs!

Day Three

After a short drive we embark on a spectacular full day snorkelling and scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef. This is a great opportunity to experience Australia’s beautiful warm and clear waters, whilst exploring the Great Barrier Reef itself and its abundance of beautiful marine life.

Tonight our destination is Mission Beach where we will stay for two nights and is a great central location and perfect base for exploring the wonders and activities of the region.

Day Four

Departing from Mission Beach you will experience an awesome full day Dunk Island kayaking and adventure experience.

Enjoy the beautiful clear blue waters whilst paddling around the Family Islands National Park part of the Larger Great Barrier Reef World Heritage Area.

Spend some time to take a guided hike through the islands rainforest, swim in its warm secluded bays and relax on the beautiful beaches.

Day Five

A short drive from Mission Beach will allow us to take on the mighty Tully River for a full day white water rafting. With over 45 grade 3-4 rapids, the Tully River is regarded as the best adrenalin rafting river across the whole of Australia AND New Zealand!

After this great adventure we drive south to the small coastal town of Lucinda for our evening accommodation.

Day Six

Today we drive South through to Townsville and onto Airlie beach for our departure on an amazing 2 days Whitsunday Island sailing adventure from Airlie Beach. During this time you will visit incredible beaches, experience more world class snorkelling and so much more.

Day Eight

On our final day we sail back to Airlie Beach for a celebratory lunch and conclusion of our tour. This afternoon you will have have free time available to take in a short hike, relax by the lagoon or do some souvenir shopping to end your trip.

In advance of your trip we can help you to organise your ongoing travel arrangements from Prospine airport to your next destination on the same afternoon or for the next day.

Fitness Requirements

A moderate standard of fitness is required to fully participate and enjoy this OZ Adrenalin tour. The full day sea kayaking and heli-biking are the most strenuous parts of this particular adventure tour.

Half Day Rainforest Mountain Biking Tour

This awesome all-mountain tour includes green, blue, black and double black trails. Pedal in and pedal out on some amazing Cairns single-track.

Between 2014 and 2017 Cairns Mountain Bike Park (MTB) is hosting the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup twice and the UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships. Because of the competitions there has been lots of work done, including a major overhaul of the downhill track, shuttle access roads and cross country trails.

This is the best mountain biking available in the Cairns region, located at the entrance to the MTB park.

This is a unique experience in mountain biking amongst some of the most pristine tropical rainforest, on awesome bikes and on World Cup trails. The tour includes bike, protective gear, hydration pack, crank brothers or flat pedals. BYO Shoes and sense of adventure!

One Hour Crocodile Spotting Eco Tour

An Amazing 45 kilometer tour around Admiralty Island, up through amazing mangroves, past an original Sydney Harbour ferry and in to Mackey Creek. See crocodiles in their natural habitat. Watch as150 pairs of nesting ospreys glide in the skies above. The animal life is stunning with iIbis, egrets, sea eagles and many more.

Then it's a quick sprint over to Two Mouth Creek as we travel across the smooth waters to our last two creeks. Check out a few more crocs in Wrights creek before our final run into Blackfellow Creek and then the journey home.

With only 1 person per jet ski this is by far the best way to cruise the local waters of trinity inlet and see a few of the locals too.

No experience or license necessary. Qualified staff will organize your life jacket and provide a full safety briefing prior to jumping on the jet ski.

Great Barrier Reef Scuba Diving

Let our spacious catamaran take you for a memorable day diving, snorkelling and sailing the world famous Great Barrier Reef. This is the largest coral reef in the world, one of the seven natural wonders of the world and the only living thing visible from outer-space.

We sail to Michaelmas Cay, a picturesque sand island surrounded by magical coral gardens teeming with an incredible diversity of marine life. The Cay is a protected seabird sanctuary playing host to over 20,000 migratory seabirds.

With a high crew to guest ratio of 9:1 you'll enjoy highly informative and interpretive snorkel and dive tours by a marine biologist as well as semi-submersible tours for under-water coral viewing.

Your day will include two introductory scuba dives or two certified dives if you have completed the open-water certification. This is adventure in style, with award winning cuisine on offer for lunch as well as live music and champagne for a relaxing sail back to Cairns.

Dunk Island Sea Kayaking

An easy and relaxing way to explore Dunk Island, simply glide along the surface of the water and enjoy the views of the colourful corals and watch turtles and rays swim past.

We leave South Mission Beach and paddle across to Dunk Island, this is an easy paddle and no experience is necessary. Whilst crossing we may be able to see dolphins and turtles. We stop at a nearby island for a mid-morning snack before exploring the shallow waters of beautiful Dunk Island. On the Island we take a guided hike through the rainforest to learn about the island ecology and history. Following this we continue on to a secluded bay to swim in the warm clear tropical waters. Lunch will be a selection of delicious salads, cold cuts and tropical fruit.

After lunch we have time to relax on the beach or try snorkelling to get a closer look at the coral and tropical fish. Then we continuing kayaking to further explore the nearby islands before our return to the mainland.

Tully White-water Rafting

Australia's most famous one-day white water rafting experience! Join the thousands of people every year who raft the Tully River in an action packed white water adventure in remote World Heritage Rainforest. Thanks to the warm water and multitude of grade 3 and 4 rapids this is regarded as the best rafting river across Australia and New Zealand.

Raft over 45 rapids which include the unforgettable ‘Alarm Clock’, ‘Wet & Moisty’, ‘Stair Case’ and the dramatic ‘Theatre’ - all before a riverside BBQ lunch where time is made to replenish your batteries before the afternoon's remaining rapids. Two Days Sailing the Whitsundays

Your two days sailing will be aboard On Ice - a 14.2m deluxe sports catamaran. Her huge foredeck is perfect for relaxing while the yacht is under sail. The aft deck is protected from the weather so guests can escape the elements without having to move indoors. The saloon features large panoramic windows allowing you to enjoy the views while feasting on the fabulous creations served up from galley.

Our small group numbers allow us to visit pristine locations within the marine park, seeing the best of the Whitsunday islands whilst avoiding the crowds.

The Whitsundays provide many amazing snorkelling locations. The colorful corals and most abundant marine life are close to the surface, so all one needs to do is put on a mask and snorkel to be amazed by the underwater world. For easy access to the water, each hull has wide steps leading right down to the ocean.

At night the boat will be safely anchored in a calm bay allowing you time to socialise or just relax under the stars of the southern sky.

Whitehaven bay is the jewel of the whitsundays and it deserves much more than just a quick photograph and a walk around. We embark on an amazing and unique adventure that takes you the length of Whitehaven Beach. Ride the wind and tide over azure seas framed by pure silica sand. Walk on water with a paddle board, kayak a little, enjoy a cool beverage as you drift along on an air lounge, try windsurfing or just read a book and enjoy the view from the boat.
